This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how PKEasy ("PKEasy", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the website at https://pkeasy.cam (the "Platform"), collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data relating to visitors and registered users ("you", "your") of the Platform.

PKEasy is an independent, English-language online gambling information and educational guide platform targeting Pakistani users. We do not operate a gambling platform, accept wagers or process financial transactions on behalf of users. All content is published for informational and educational purposes only.

PKEasy does not appoint a formal Data Protection Officer at this time, given the nature and scale of our data processing activities. However, we are committed to treating all privacy enquiries with the same diligence and within the same response timeframes as a formally appointed DPO would provide.

• 5.2 Contractual Necessity: Where processing is necessary to fulfil our obligations under the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the Platform;

PKEasy does not use your Personal Data for automated decision-making or profiling activities that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

12. Children's Privacy

The Platform is strictly for use by individuals aged 18 years or above, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. PKEasy does not knowingly collect Personal Data from persons under the age of 18.

13. Pakistan-Specific Context

PKEasy's Platform is primarily used by individuals located in Pakistan, including major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. We acknowledge the specific data protection and legal context applicable to Pakistani users.

Pakistan does not currently have a comprehensive standalone data protection law equivalent to the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA) and the Pakistan Telecommunication (Re-organisation) Act, 1996 contain provisions relevant to electronic data and user privacy. PKEasy commits to processing Pakistani users' data in accordance with applicable Pakistani legal requirements and international best practice standards where no specific domestic standard applies.

References to familiar Pakistani payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — appear in our educational content for contextual purposes only. PKEasy does not collect financial credentials relating to any of these providers and these providers have no access to data PKEasy holds about its users.

14. Security Measures

PKEasy implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access. These measures include:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and the Platform;

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
